To redeem your badge after purchase, bring your email confirmation to the guest service desk at any film festival venue.
1. Badge holders: receive priority seating up to 15 mins before screenings (first come, first serve basis)
2. Ticket holders: are seated after badge holders
3. Standby line: if a screening is sold out, guest have the option to stand in the standby line at the venue in the case that a badge or ticket holder does not show.
Ticket Prices + Types
- General Admission: $10
- Student/Seniors (65+): $8
Ticket Delivery
- Will Call: All Lightbox Film Center screenings are will call and can be picked up at the box office
- Email: For all other venues, tickets are attached to the confirmation email sent after completion of the order. Tickets may be either printed in advance or presented on a mobile device for entry.
- Complimentary Tickets: Tickets can be picked up at the Guest Services table at each venue.
